DESCRIPTION:High Horse is a progressive-acoustic boy band featuring four friends\, three bows\, and one pick. A mix of Bluegrass\, Old-time\, and Celtic music\, it’s a band of brothers playing alternative rock on acoustic instruments. It’s a rollicking romp of great vibes\, virtuosic chops\, and tight vocals. Comprised of fiddler Carson McHaney\, cellist Karl Henry\, guitarist G Rockwell\, and bassist Noah Harrington; the band draws from their varied musical backgrounds to explore and perform original compositions and tunes from diverse folk traditions.\nhttps://www.highhorseband.com \nKat Wallace is a Boston-based multi-instrumentalist and singer-songwriter. Known for her fiddle playing in Rachel Sumner and Traveling Light\, she’s now writing and singing her own songs on tenor guitar. DESCRIPTION:All pickers\, singers and Bluegrass fans are invited to join us on the 2nd and 4th Thursdays of every month at Backbeat Brewing in Beverly\, MA.  The jam starts at 7pm and runs until at least 10 (usually ends closer to midnight!) \n\n\n\nThere is plenty of on-street parking. (Meters run to 8pm in Beverly) \n\n\n\nThe taps offer many delicious brews ranging from NE IPA’s to genuine English style cask ales\, and the kitchen cooks up tasty thin crust pizzas (available in gluten free and vegan options).
