“Sunday morning’s fervor with Saturday night’s whiskey still on the breath” – The Bluegrass Gospel Project was originally formed for a one-time First Night concert in Burlington, VT some years ago. They have continued to impress music fans throughout New England with their stellar vocals and powerful gospel music. The Bluegrass Gospel Project consists of former members of top New England bluegrass bands, including Taylor Armerding (mandolin), Colby Crehan (vocals), Kirk Lord (upright bass), Steve Light (banjo), Paul Miller (guitar), and Gene White, Jr (fiddle). The band recently announced “…Saturday, March 11th. An important night for the BGP. Our last concert. In conjunction with the Vergennes Opera House, we’ve got big plans brewing. It’s going to be a special event to cap off our 16 years…” The Bluegrass Gospel Project has become a Joe Val Bluegrass Festival tradition – don’t miss their final appearance!
