Originally based in New York, Eric and Leigh Gibson have been playing and singing their special brand of brother duet and bluegrass music since 1983. In 2013, the Gibson Brothers won entertainer of the year for a second straight year at the International Bluegrass Music Awards as well as three other group and individual trophies. Both Eric and Leigh are phenomenal song writers and performers and clear crowd favorites.
At the 2019 Joe Val festival, we are excited that the Gibson Brothers will be performing two sets. The first set will focus on their bluegrass roots, but the second set will consist of a new country music side to this great band.
