The Firebox Restaurant, a great venue at 539 Broad St., Hartford, Ct., hosts a Sunday evening bluegrass series with music starting at 5:00 PM.
The Hartford area has been without regular bluegrass venues for too long, and together with local businesses and area farm markets, the Firebox Restaurant is proud to sponsor not only fresh local foods, but nowfine local bluegrass! Local brewery specials are the best!
Your hosts for this venue are long time singing partners Nick Novia & Joe DeLillo, anchoring BigApple’achia and TrueGrass, two veteran traditional bluegrass bands. This will be a combination of both bands plus! The duo is excited about their plans which include inviting musicians that travel through the area, and it is our intention to make the Firebox “the” place to stop for bluegrass!
