The Grass Roots Coffeehouse welcomes “The Stable Hands” on Saturday, April 18, 2015 at 7:30 PM
The Stable Hands Band is unique in that it did not start out to be a band, it just happened. It all began with a friendship that grew naturally with an appreciation of the music, and a love and respect for each other. They practice music as an art form within the bluegrass genre and are excited to present their collection of original material.
The band enjoys working with each other and collaborating with special emphasis on the fun part of arranging a new song and hearing it come to life.
The Stable Hands are Rick and Janet Baskowski, banjo/guitar of North Brookfield, MA, and Sue and Tom Connolly, upright bass/ mandolin of Chatham, N.Y. They are two married couples that have grown into a family of close friends.
You will laugh and cry as they deliver their “brand” of contemporary Acoustic Bluegrass.
The Grass Roots Coffeehouse is located at the Rockdale Congregational Church, 42 Fowler Road, Northbridge, MA. Hot foods, beverages and desserts are available.
