There are 3 additional hotels available outside of the BBU Room Lottery Block.

On-Site Option: TownePlace Suites for $235+

There are still a few rooms available on-site at the TownePlace Suites, but these are outside of our room block. As of now, rates are about $235 per night, though prices and availability can change quickly.

Budget-Friendly Option: Motel 6 for $75

We also have a block of 60 rooms available across Route 9 at the Motel 6, which has been recently renovated. Rooms are only $75 per night (plus taxes and fees). Here’s how to book:

1. Call 1-800-544-4866 and provide the Group Confirmation Code: GP902SKFCG.
   
2. This special rate is valid until January 30th, but we expect these rooms to sell out well before then.
   
3. The last day to change or cancel your reservation is three days before arrival (not one or two days like some other hotels).
   
4. Please note that check-in is at 4 pm (not 3 pm as at most hotels).

Marriott Residence Inn

The Marriott Residence Inn is right down the street and may be another option for festival-goers. There are no BBU-affiliated discounts available at this hotel.
