The Renaissance Framingham Hotel and Conference Center is the Festival Hotel
The Joe Val Festival is located at the Renassance Framingham (formerly The Sheraton), which now includes the Renaissance Inn, Fairfield Inn, and TownePlace Suites. Festival attendees will enjoy a special Joe Val group rate of $154/night, plus taxes and fees.
Due to the high demand for rooms at the Framingham Renaissance, Fairfield Inn, and TownePlace Suites (collectively referred to as the Sheraton), the BBU held a room lottery to determine who gets a room on-site. (Overflow hotels nearby will also be available, but are not part of the room lottery.)
The Room Lottery is now closed for 2026.
